Martial Arts

 

Karate for punches, kicks, stretching and flexibility to establish a strong relationship with your body. Class work builds internal and external strengths so that all parts of you are positively affected.

Stretching

 

Naam Yoga poses are practiced to improve balance, stamina and flexibility. Postures will enhance the particular set of martial art movements practiced. Since Karate comes from yoga, the practice of it in class feels very natural.

Dance Therapy

 

Dance therapy techniques are used to direct attention to how the body wants to move, making challenging movements seem friendlier. By picking up queues from his student’s movements, Oscar helps build a sense of fluidity and trust, to move with ease no matter the difficulty.
